Ulm’s Metzgerturm is being transformed into a vertical gallery
Ulm’s Metzgerturm is being transformed into a vertical gallery, and the Kunstverein Ulm is opening the Leaning Tower on the Danube, which has been inaccessible for many decades. In his exhibition “Equilibro”, Ulm-born artist Johannes Pfeiffer uses drawings and prints to build numerous bridges to his rope installation, which four years ago transformed the Metzgerturm – one of Ulm’s major landmarks near the banks of the Danube – into a work of art.
